About the role
- Own the go-to-market strategy for a core part of Deel’s platform.
- Define the narrative, influence product direction, enable Sales and Customer teams, and drive adoption and expansion across customer base.
- Define and drive the long-term product marketing strategy for the Deel Mobility portfolio.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across website, campaigns, launches, and sales materials.
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for launches, iterations, and expansions.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with clear, consistent, and actionable enablement.
- Drive adoption and expansion by partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle teams on targeted programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, ideally with recent experience within immigration/mobility product management space
- Proven experience owning end-to-end go-to-market, including positioning, launches, enablement, and adoption.
- Strong experience partnering closely with Product teams to help shape roadmaps, using customer insights, market signals, and GTM learnings to influence direction and priorities.
- Ability to translate complex, technical products into clear, compelling stories for buyers, users, and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and qualitative feedback to guide decisions and optimization.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and fully remote environments.
- High ownership mentality, comfortable setting direction, driving alignment, and executing with speed.
