About the role
- You will work closely with different stakeholders to provide daily advice on employment laws and regulations in order to answer a variety of queries.
- You will draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks and any other document in order to be compliant with local employment laws.
- You will provide counsel to local management and the Human Resources team on a broad range of employment issues including: employee relations; discipline and terminations; European working time compliance; benefits, employment litigation; negotiated exits and settlements.
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience (in-house experience is not essential).
- Specialist knowledge of Spanish employment law.
- You are fluent in English, Spanish and/or Catalan
- You will be proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally.
- You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Your CV must be submitted in English
