About the role

  • Own a targeted account list and develop strategic account plans to win and grow healthcare staffing customers
  • Help define the product and licensing requirements to help Deel build to support the healthcare staffing industry
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and close collaboration with Sales Development
  • Navigate the organisation to map stakeholders, build champions, and drive consensus throughout the buying process
  • Lead consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles and close deals with C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Identify organizational, financial, and operational dynamics that influence purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer insights in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling into the healthcare staffing space
  • Ideally sold staffing solutions in the industry
  • Proven success in developing greenfield territories and closing net-new logos in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to build relationships with senior leaders at organizations in healthcare staffing
  • Strong hunter mentality with excellent sales fundamentals and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
