About the role

  • Customer relationships: You support our project manager in day-to-day operations and act as a direct contact person for our B2B clients.
  • Communication: You conduct digital meetings and manage internal and external communication via phone, email, Zoom and Teams.
  • Project coordination: You take responsibility for clear processes, align with internal departments and ensure projects are implemented in a structured and well-organized manner.

Requirements

  • Studies: You are currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences degree program with a business and/or design focus and have at least three semesters remaining.
  • Communication: You are outgoing, enjoy communicating with people and have a clear, error-free command of German — combined with the sensitivity required for each individual client.
  • Project management: You are a true organizational talent, like to look beyond the obvious and have an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
