About the role

  • Customer relations: You support our project manager in day-to-day operations and serve as a direct point of contact for our B2B clients.
  • Communication: You conduct digital meetings and manage internal and external communication via phone, email, Zoom and Teams.
  • Project coordination: You take responsibility for clear processes, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure projects are implemented in a structured and well-organised manner.

Requirements

  • Studies: You are currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program with a business and/or design-related focus and have at least three semesters remaining.
  • Communication: You are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people and have a clear, error-free command of German (written and spoken), combined with the tact needed for each individual client.
  • Project management: You are a natural organiser, like to look beyond immediate tasks and work independently with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
