About the role

  • Client relationships: You support our project manager in day-to-day operations and are the direct point of contact for our B2B clients.
  • Communication: You conduct digital meetings and manage internal and external communication via phone, email, Zoom and Teams.
  • Project coordination: You take responsibility for clear processes, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure projects are executed in a structured and well-organized manner.

Requirements

  • Studies: You are currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program with a business and/or design focus and have at least three semesters remaining.
  • Communication: You are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people, and have clear, error-free written and spoken German—combined with the sensitivity required for individual customers.
  • Project management: You are a real organizational talent, like to look beyond your immediate tasks, and work independently with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
