Lead, guide, motivate, and support the DACH Country Product Management team (CPM)
Drive communication to enhance and optimize ORBIS functionality by conducting DACH customer meetings and conferences, monitoring online and industry press, maintaining dialogue with sales and project management colleagues, and managing the Dedalus Vote System
Manage communication and the handover of ORBIS requirements from the DACH market to all relevant Dedalus departments (e.g., Product Management, R&D, DACH Sales and Service, Marketing, PE&T, and DACH Management)
Prepare business plans and order intake estimates for ORBIS solutions
Capture and manage DACH market requirements in Jira by creating HREQs together with the DACH CPM team
Draft and negotiate DACH product pilot contracts with customers for the evaluation and live operation of new ORBIS products and features
Develop and negotiate customer contracts for development partnerships, product validation of ORBIS medical devices, customer pre-evaluations, etc.
Organize and carry out handovers to DACH sales tools (PROS) owners for new ORBIS functionality
Prepare, moderate, and partially deliver regular DACH sales trainings
Manage customer and market communications for new ORBIS solutions and organizational topics in the DACH market
Prepare for the DMEA trade fair — the key DACH event for Hospital Information Systems — by initiating brainstorming lists for Product Management, organizing preparation meetings with PM, R&D and the DACH demo team, and by personally participating at DMEA
Represent ORBIS and Dedalus at customer meetings, OAG conventions, user symposiums, and OAG board meetings
Hold special responsibility for end-of-life management of ORBIS solutions and for handling copyright matters with external companies
Requirements
University degree in Medicine, Medical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4–5 years' experience in the healthcare software industry in Product Management, R&D, or Customer Service within the DACH region
Strong market knowledge of the hospital healthcare domain, especially in the DACH market
Broad knowledge across ORBIS HIS and related solutions (e.g., Patient Portal, PACS, BI solutions); act as a product generalist
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and diverse customer situations
High self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and resilience to deliver optimal solutions to our DACH customers
Ability to manage conflicting inputs and to unite teams behind the best solution
Strong business acumen in the healthcare sector
Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English; able to perform in large customer events
Extensive experience with modern office software tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
