Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to design, feature prioritization, sprint management, and adoption, leveraging internal software engineering resources
Develop a deep understanding of our in-house CRM and its connected products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Own the product roadmap, including its definition, prioritization, backlog management, specification building, and product roll-out strategy, in collaboration with your team
Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and enable fast iterations
Requirements
2+ years as a Product Manager in Agile software development (Project Managers transitioning to product roles or Scrum Masters are welcome)
Experience with sales tooling and CRM systems (B2B experience is an advantage)
Strong communicator, adept at conveying ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven leadership in iterative software development, with skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
Data-driven decision-maker, skilled in using metrics to validate assumptions, design experiments, and analyze results
