About the role

  • Coordinating and managing SMA project administration activities from inception to completion
  • Contract database administration
  • Project financial reporting and monitoring along with Sales Administration
  • Manage end-to-end commercial operations cadence, including scheduling and tracking key business process milestones
  • Oversee billing and invoicing activities for SMA projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Manage and maintain the contracts database
  • Internal and External Project financial reporting and monitoring
  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams to align project administration with broader business operations
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting related to revenue recognition and operational performance

Requirements

  • Update and maintain the SMA project database in the company IT system on a timely basis
  • Co-ordinate and initiate SMA Project billing
  • Help prepare budgets and oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants internal and external
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Management and project management modules
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and project management software
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
