About the role
- Coordinating and managing SMA project administration activities from inception to completion
- Contract database administration
- Project financial reporting and monitoring along with Sales Administration
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations cadence, including scheduling and tracking key business process milestones
- Oversee billing and invoicing activities for SMA projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Manage and maintain the contracts database
- Internal and External Project financial reporting and monitoring
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams to align project administration with broader business operations
- Assist in forecasting and reporting related to revenue recognition and operational performance
Requirements
- Update and maintain the SMA project database in the company IT system on a timely basis
- Co-ordinate and initiate SMA Project billing
- Help prepare budgets and oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants internal and external
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Management and project management modules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and project management software
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
