About the role

  • Holistic advising of managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Trusted sparring partner for executive management and leadership, including support during personnel and development discussions
  • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting through offboarding)
  • Drafting and maintaining HR-related documents (employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, etc.)
  • Support for workforce planning and strategic workforce topics
  • Support in salary negotiations as well as calculation and administration of variable compensation components
  • Support and participation in the recruiting process
  • Implementation of global HR policies and programs within the organization
  • Preparation of HR reports and analyses for management and executive leadership

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a focus on HR, or commercial training and/or further education with an HR background (e.g., certified HR specialist)
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in comparable positions
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, HR policy topics and HR processes
  • Experienced in collaborating and sparring with managers
  • Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of P&I Loga and Workday is an advantage
  • Strong communicator with consulting competence, a pronounced solution orientation and an independent, structured way of working
