About the role
- Holistic advising of managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Trusted sparring partner for executive management and leadership, including support during personnel and development discussions
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting through offboarding)
- Drafting and maintaining HR-related documents (employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, etc.)
- Support for workforce planning and strategic workforce topics
- Support in salary negotiations as well as calculation and administration of variable compensation components
- Support and participation in the recruiting process
- Implementation of global HR policies and programs within the organization
- Preparation of HR reports and analyses for management and executive leadership
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a focus on HR, or commercial training and/or further education with an HR background (e.g., certified HR specialist)
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in comparable positions
- Solid knowledge of labor law, HR policy topics and HR processes
- Experienced in collaborating and sparring with managers
- Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of P&I Loga and Workday is an advantage
- Strong communicator with consulting competence, a pronounced solution orientation and an independent, structured way of working
