About the role

  • Central control and coordination of internal and external strategic IT projects in partnership with regional project management
  • Responsible for initiating, planning and controlling complex and strategic IT projects
  • Key interface between regional service, sales, development and customers
  • Accountability for project budget, timelines, success and contract-compliant delivery
  • Regular management reporting for strategic projects
  • Coordination of development requirements within the project
  • Shaping a still-young team and continuously advancing our project management standards and the development of project-oriented knowledge management

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a technical field, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of contract law or experience in contract-compliant project execution
  • Very good MS Office skills; a project management certification is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in leading and managing project teams (ideally in the hospital/healthcare sector)
  • Business know-how and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Above-average customer-, service- and team-orientation
  • Professional communication skills and an independent, goal-oriented working style
  • High flexibility combined with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities, and a willingness to engage in continuous learning
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills combined with excellent verbal and written expression
  • Willingness to travel for project-related reasons up to 30%
