About the role

  • Independent project management for our patient and hospital portals and associated eHealth solutions
  • Project planning, coordination of project team members, reporting and project documentation
  • Autonomous monitoring and control of projects based on defined project objectives
  • Identifying customer requirements together with our specialists and jointly developing solutions
  • Close collaboration and transparent communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuous information and knowledge transfer within the company
  • Intensive customer support and primary point of contact for our clients

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business, medical informatics, eHealth or a related field — ideally with a focus on project management or experience in Key Account Management
  • You have experience managing projects and bring an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with hospital workflows and have initial exposure to healthcare communication standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement law and KHZG funding criteria is a plus
  • A project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is desirable but not required
  • You work in a customer-oriented way, communicate clearly and empathetically, and have a good sense for working with people
  • Reliability, initiative and an independent working style characterize you
  • You are willing to travel across the DACH region for projects and client meetings
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
