About the role
- Orchestrate RFP responses and support the sales teams
- Conduct go/no-go reviews and organize bid reviews
- Participate in identifying internal and external experts
- Lead the bid response team and coordinate subject-matter experts
- Manage priorities of pre-sales opportunities
- Organize internal and external communications
- Ensure a smooth handover to project teams
- Provide reporting on managed opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business/Commerce or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management for healthcare software
- Good knowledge of healthcare information systems and ERPs
- Proficient in project management methodologies
- Ability to adapt quickly and understand client needs
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Knowledge of an ERP solution (Hexagone / WebSuite) is a plus
