About the role

  • Orchestrate RFP responses and support the sales teams
  • Conduct go/no-go reviews and organize bid reviews
  • Participate in identifying internal and external experts
  • Lead the bid response team and coordinate subject-matter experts
  • Manage priorities of pre-sales opportunities
  • Organize internal and external communications
  • Ensure a smooth handover to project teams
  • Provide reporting on managed opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business/Commerce or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management for healthcare software
  • Good knowledge of healthcare information systems and ERPs
  • Proficient in project management methodologies
  • Ability to adapt quickly and understand client needs
  • Strong writing and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of an ERP solution (Hexagone / WebSuite) is a plus
