About the role
- Manage a team of around 20 employees: recruitment, performance management, working hours, training, etc.
- Handle escalated customer requests and dispute cases in accordance with the service contract and established processes
- Manage client relationships
- Manage the entity’s budget and monitor activity KPIs (number of calls, productivity, revenue, etc.)
- Coordinate and organize support operations in line with the company’s strategy
- Develop and promote best practices
- Represent and advocate for customer support with various internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in team management with the ability to unite and motivate staff
- Knowledge of application support and the healthcare sector, ideally with laboratory software
- Knowledge of SQL and basic networking
- Professional level English
- Ability to drive reporting and performance indicators (preferred)
- Experience with continuous improvement and change management (preferred)
