About the role

  • Manage a team of around 20 employees: recruitment, performance management, working hours, training, etc.
  • Handle escalated customer requests and dispute cases in accordance with the service contract and established processes
  • Manage client relationships
  • Manage the entity’s budget and monitor activity KPIs (number of calls, productivity, revenue, etc.)
  • Coordinate and organize support operations in line with the company’s strategy
  • Develop and promote best practices
  • Represent and advocate for customer support with various internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in team management with the ability to unite and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of application support and the healthcare sector, ideally with laboratory software
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic networking
  • Professional level English
  • Ability to drive reporting and performance indicators (preferred)
  • Experience with continuous improvement and change management (preferred)
