About the role

  • Consulting with customers and responsibility for the customer-oriented implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  • Drafting, writing and evaluating documents, policies and tools for a consistent project and service management
  • Responsible for introducing and supporting pilot sub-projects and developing rollout standards
  • Supporting our sales colleagues during the sales phases
  • Managing activities and changes (Change) to services to maintain IT operations
  • Central point of contact during the IT operations phase
  • Leading regular service meetings with the client regarding the achievement of the agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Documenting and creating reports on compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements and internal KPIs/OLAs
  • First escalation point in incident management for our customers
  • Managing capacity for the supported customer systems

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), degree in business informatics, or a commercial/technical qualification with experience in the IT environment
  • Experience in the hospital/healthcare sector, particularly in managing IT projects
  • Knowledge of current IT infrastructure solutions
  • Qualification and solid experience in project management, including use of project management tools
  • Knowledge of contract law (experience in contract-compliant execution of projects)
  • Practical experience in operational IT processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; above-average customer and service orientation as well as team orientation
  • Excellent German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Initiative and flexibility
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications
