Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration such as Kubernetes, with certification required (e.g., CKA or OpenShift).
Experience with automated integration and delivery pipelines, using GitHub Actions (or equivalent) and GitOps practices (e.g., Argo CD).
Experience or exposure to cloud providers and hybrid/multi-cloud corporate environments, according to client direction.
Knowledge/experience with monitoring and operational observability (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana or equivalents).
Infrastructure-as-code practices and environment lifecycle automation (e.g., Terraform and Crossplane or equivalents).
Strong foundation in Linux, networking (TCP/IP) and platform security fundamentals.
Product-minded approach: develop platform services, treat them as “standardized services” and automate their evolution lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology field (or equivalent experience) and experience commensurate with senior/mid-senior level.
Operational discipline, organization and focus on standardization, documentation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively and support internal teams with a service-oriented mindset.
