Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration, such as Kubernetes, with required certification (e.g., CKA or OpenShift).
Experience with automated CI/CD workflows, using GitHub Actions (or equivalent) and GitOps practices (e.g., Argo CD).
Experience or exposure to cloud providers and corporate hybrid/multi-cloud environments, according to client direction.
Knowledge/experience with operational monitoring and observability (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana or equivalents).
Infrastructure-as-code practices and environment lifecycle automation (e.g., Terraform and Crossplane or equivalents).
Solid foundation in Linux, networking (TCP/IP) and security fundamentals applied to the platform.
Product-minded approach: develop platform services, treat them as "standardized services" and automate their evolution cycle.
University degree in technology (or equivalent experience) and professional background consistent with the seniority level (senior/mid-level).
Operational discipline, organization and a focus on standardization, documentation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a team and support internal teams with a service-oriented mindset.
