About the role
- Your varied responsibilities include creating social media content, managing our community, and providing customer service
- In collaboration with our team, you produce engaging content such as DIYs and giveaways for our followers on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Actively expand UGC development and strengthen influencer partnerships
- You are the point of contact for customer inquiries and advise prospects with decoration ideas via email and phone
- You will have broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one
- You support decoration assignments at top locations and for influencers and are encouraged to contribute your ideas
Requirements
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Design or Marketing
- Ideally you have initial hands-on experience in online & social media marketing and the eCommerce sector
- You speak and write fluent German and are comfortable engaging directly with customers
- You enjoy being on camera, want to be part of our social media campaigns and confidently bring creative ideas to the table
- You are willing to pitch in when needed, proactively approach people, and take the lead on viral marketing activities
- We prefer internships that are compulsory as part of your studies and a minimum duration of 3 months
