About the role
- Run management rituals (weekly planning, dailies, and retrospectives)
- Structure and maintain client-specific backlogs
- Monitor squad capacity and allocation
- Ensure visibility through dashboards
- Manage risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
- Track delivery SLAs
- Ensure standardization and consistency of outputs
- Conduct quality audits
- Develop and evolve operational playbooks
- Support squads in prioritization and execution
- Lead governance meetings with clients
- Prepare monthly executive reports
- Monitor satisfaction and NPS
- Ensure alignment between expectations and delivery
- Control contracted scope versus delivered
- Identify upsell opportunities and new projects
- Support proposal development
- Support organizational diagnostics
- Design initiatives for culture, performance, and development (Training & Development - T&D)
- Support leadership and onboarding programs
- Facilitate strategic discussions with clients
- Track performance and culture indicators
- Support evaluation cycles
- Turn data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Experience in project management, PMO, or consulting
- Experience in strategic or organizational HR
- Experience managing multiple clients
- Knowledge of metrics (KPIs, OKRs)
- Experience with management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or similar)
- Systems thinking
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Executive communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Analytical and results-oriented
- Autonomy and ownership mindset
- Experience in consultancies or HR-as-a-Service model
- Experience with organizational culture
