Expertise VMware vSphere 7+ (clusters, NSX basics) OU equivalente Hyper-V.
Administração avançada Linux (RHEL/CentOS: SELinux, systemd, container basics Docker).
Scripting/automação (Bash/Python/PowerShell: 100+ linhas, loops APIs).
Experiência Veeam/Acronis enterprise (proxies, dedup, encryption).
Conhecimento firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet: HA, WAF, threat intel).
Ferramentas observability (Zabbix/Grafana: custom templates, macros).
