About the role
- Negotiate contracts and manage a global roster of Youth + NIL athletes
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, coaches, and event organizers in the NCAA and high school communities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, event, content, and social media teams to engage younger audiences
- Drive the “Disrupt Track” brand initiative from a Youth/NIL perspective
- Facilitate the transition of NIL athletes into professional contracts with HOKA
- Execute regular gatherings, summits, camps, and engagement opportunities for NIL athletes
- Manage internal communications with leadership regarding trends, partnerships, insights, and product feedback
- Monitor youth run culture trends in key regions (USA, EMEA, Japan, China) to inform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years in sports marketing, athlete management, or related experience
- Deep understanding of NCAA and youth run culture globally
- Strong relationships with NCAA coaches, administrators, and event organizers
- Proven success in identifying future talent and building infrastructure for top sport performances
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinker
- Thorough, flexible, and results-oriented across diverse markets, languages, and cultures
- Team leader and player, able to work calmly and efficiently in fast-paced environments
