Account Manager

• Identify and research potential strategic partners whose products, services, or market reach align with DECKED's business objectives and growth strategy
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and clear scopes of work while working closely with legal and executive teams
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective partners to ensure partnership success and maximize long-term value
• Collaborate internally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to integrate partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution and reporting
• Monitor and analyze the performance of all partnerships against defined KPIs and ROI metrics, preparing regular reports for senior leadership
• Represent DECKED at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote partnership opportunities and solidify relationships
