About the role
- Plan, execute, and manage stakeholder engagement strategies supporting MC&FP initiatives, programs, and policies.
- Design and facilitate interactive engagement mechanisms including listening sessions, workshops, live polls, question and answer forums, and collaborative working groups.
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations across MC&FP Directorates to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and outreach priorities.
- Serve as the primary coordination point for stakeholder engagement activities across Task 2 Outreach and Engagement efforts.
- Capture, document, and analyze stakeholder feedback and engagement outcomes.
- Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable recommendations that inform strategic planning, communications strategies, and program execution.
- Support development of stakeholder engagement plans, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with communications, analytics, and program leadership to integrate stakeholder insights into campaign planning and reporting.
- Track engagement activities, participation metrics, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare stakeholder engagement summaries, reports, and briefings for Government review.
- Ensure engagement activities comply with applicable Federal, DoD, and MC&FP policies and guidance.
- Support continuous improvement of stakeholder engagement processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Administration, Sociology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading stakeholder engagement, public relations, communications, or outreach programs.
- Demonstrated experience planning and facilitating structured stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience coordinating engagement efforts across multiple organizations or directorates.
- Experience supporting federal or DoD programs preferred.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement planning and facilitation techniques.
- Strong understanding of strategic communications and outreach frameworks.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools, virtual engagement platforms, and documentation repositories.
- Experience capturing, synthesizing, and reporting qualitative stakeholder feedback.
