About the role

  • **Responsibilities **
  • - Develop a comprehensive functional and technical understanding of the core solutions offered by the org, with a focus on their AI tools.
  • - Develop and deliver instructional content and live training events for implementation partners and internal resources focused on configuration.
  • - Develop and deliver customized training programs for end users and system administrators based on the unique needs of each client org.
  • - Review product documentation to determine gaps and create plan for external and internal facing documentation.
  • - Develop and maintain onboarding and certification programs for clients and partners.
  • - Assist in configuring, monitoring, and evolving an LMS.

Requirements

  • **Experience **
  • - Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce.
  • - Experience working with AI tools.
  • - Experience creating technical documentation and job aides.
  • - Experience delivering live training (virtual and/or in person).
  • - Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders.
  • - Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS product (or similarly complex product).
  • - Flexibility to travel with limited notice up to 25% of the time.
  • **Preferred Qualifications:**
  • - Strong Salesforce background and an interest in growing technical skills; SF credentials not required but a plus.

  • Salary - The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000-85,000. You will also be offered a bonus and benefits.
