About the role
- SDK/API development — build APIs and SDKs to allow developers to integrate Paxos Labs on-chain infrastructure into enterprise platforms.
- Research and integrate smart contract transactions.
- Maintain a secure open-source repository and iterate on developer experience.
- Fullstack development — collaborate with designers on prototypes and iterate across frontend and backend.
- EVM development — stay updated on Ethereum core upgrades affecting wallet and developer UX.
- Ensure reliability by upholding high standards in liveness SLOs and observability.
- Work closely with security engineers to safeguard developers and users from exploits.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge building EVM dapps.
- Deep experience with developer-facing SDK/API development.
- Familiarity with popular web3 apps such as Uniswap, Aave, Morpho, Pendle, etc., to understand UX across DeFi.
- Familiarity with cross-chain UX concepts (Account Abstraction, bridges, etc.).
- Familiarity with Solidity and ability to read and understand contract functionality.
- Familiarity with financial math and ability to communicate quantitative information to users.
- Experience maintaining SaaS SDK/APIs at scale.
- Experience working directly with clients to provide technical support and deliver engineered solutions.
