About the role

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, end-to-end features for Glider’s flagship product.
  • Solve complex problems related to declarative trading and vertical solutions using creative, well-architected approaches.
  • Work across backend infrastructure, onchain interactions, and frontend Web3 UX to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development
  • Web3: Viem/Wagmi, permissionless.js/pimlico, SIWE, ZeroDev Kernel Smart Accounts
  • Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), GCP, AlloyDB, Axiom, Sentry, and Python-based solvers
  • Frontend: Next.js, tRPC, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix UI, Zustand, react-spring, Vitest, Synpress
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, innovative environments
  • Deep passion for crypto and DeFi, with a desire to push the boundaries of onchain technology.
