About the role

  • Monitor and manage the newsletter support inbox daily
  • Respond promptly and professionally to subscriber inquiries related to:
  • Newsletter access and delivery issues
  • Subscriptions, opt-ins, and opt-outs
  • Technical or platform-related questions
  • General clarification requests related to newsletter content
  • Follow established SOPs and response guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant internal teams when required
  • Tag, categorise, and track recurring issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of subscriber interactions
  • Support the creation and updating of FAQs and canned responses
  • Ensure response time SLAs are consistently met

Requirements

  • Native English speaker (or at least professional level)
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Agent, or Inbox Manager
  • Strong written English communication skills (clear, professional, and empathetic)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Experience supporting newsletters, email campaigns, or digital products (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing systems (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to online education, SaaS, or crypto/DeFi environments (Nice to Have)
