About the role
- Providing support to clients, Sales/Management, and Account Executives/Managers regarding client and business partner requests
- Ensuring a superior level of account and customer satisfaction
- Handling claim/data issues, sales products, sales reports, or other inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in the Dental, Ancillary or HealthCare benefit industry OR 6 years of business experience with 2 years in Sales support, marketing business analysis, or customer service
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, team player, customer focused
