• Act as the CEO’s right-hand person
• Manage weekly/monthly accounting, payroll, and annual audits
• Build financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Support fundraising
• Monitor the P&L and optimize margins
• Maintain treasury operations
• Process manual customer payouts and debt collection
• Handle general FinOps and customer support
• Manage compliance and risk
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud using Jarvis, the company AI
• Work with the compliance expert
• Establish and maintain the company’s credit line
• Own credit-scoring algorithms
• Ensure default-rate targets are met
• Stay current on relevant finance, compliance, credit, and risk topics
• Take ownership of decisions and help build Dealflow from scratch
