About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the CEO’s right-hand person
- Manage weekly/monthly accounting, payroll, and annual audits
- Build financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Support fundraising
- Monitor the P&L and optimize margins
- Maintain treasury operations
- Process manual customer payouts and debt collection
- Handle general FinOps and customer support
- Manage compliance and risk
- Monitor transactions for potential fraud using Jarvis, the company AI
- Work with the compliance expert
- Establish and maintain the company’s credit line
- Own credit-scoring algorithms
- Ensure default-rate targets are met
- Stay current on relevant finance, compliance, credit, and risk topics
- Take ownership of decisions and help build Dealflow from scratch
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience as an operator in a ScaleUp
- 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and Excel
- 3+ years of relevant experience from top-tier investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup environment
- Relevant tier-1 Bachelor’s or Master’s program required, with rare exceptions
- Tech-savvy and highly comfortable with numbers
- Experience with automation and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Native-level English required
- Highly proficient with financial terminology and concepts
- International mindset and growth-oriented personality
