About the role

  • Optimize marketing-to-sales funnel performance, ensuring seamless lead handoff and improved conversion rates.
  • Enhance marketing analytics and attribution models to measure campaign ROI and drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment on KPIs, pipeline forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot) and integrate with Salesforce to optimize campaign execution and lead management.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to scale revenue operations effectively.
  • Develop and maintain SLAs between marketing and sales teams for lead response, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and sales leaders to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
  • Improve data quality and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation for visibility into marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Own marketing and sales performance reporting, providing insights on lead conversion, pipeline progression, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze pipeline health, marketing effectiveness, and sales efficiency metrics, delivering insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Partner with RevOps, finance, and leadership to develop forecasting models that align marketing spend with revenue targets.
  • Optimize Salesforce workflows and reporting dashboards to enhance visibility into marketing and sales performance.
  • Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools to support marketing and sales efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance across marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support event operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Analyze event data to measure impact on pipeline growth and optimize future event strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Analytics, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong marketing background, with expertise in demand generation, lead management, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of ABM strategies, campaign attribution models, and revenue funnel optimization.
  • Experience in pipeline forecasting, performance analysis, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • West Coast location preferred, but open to remote candidates with a strong fit.
