About the role
- Receiving visitors: welcome, sign in, sign and file NDA
- Answering phone: answer and transfer all incoming calls to applicable personnel
- Creating project folders: receive new project request from Sales
- Creating physical projects folders and hand to applicable Operation Supervisors
- Mailing: check, sort, prepare mail and letters
- Office supplies: monitor applicable office supplies and request orders as applicable
- Events: assist in calling, ordering, scheduling company related activities as requested
- Printing, documenting, and filing: files and document as requested
- Invoicing: create invoice submitted by project managers as requested
- Other miscellaneous office administrative duties as requested
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative/clerical experience
- Microsoft Office
- Customer Service experience
