Account Executive

• Calling past donors/subscribers/patrons of Studio Theatre to sell subscription ticket packages to the 2025-26 season
• No cold calling — all leads are provided by Studio Theatre and are prior/lapsed donors/subscribers/patrons
• Conduct all calling virtually through your laptop/computer (fully remote/WFH)
• Sell subscription ticket packages to promote Studio Theatre's upcoming season
• Follow a script and accept feedback/coaching from Manager; calls monitored for quality assurance and productivity
• Work part-time minimum 16 hours/week across specified evening and weekend shifts
• Coordinate application process: leave voicemail and complete online application
• Use multiple software/platforms to manage calls and troubleshoot connectivity or equipment issues
