About the role

  • Drive all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, presentations, solution design, and contract negotiation.
  • Make daily outbound calls and engage prospects in healthcare, senior living, and related markets—this is a true hunter role.
  • Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Analyze prospect needs, identify key decision makers, and communicate complex solution value clearly and effectively.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing models.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting data in the CRM system.
  • Support and participate in tradeshows, webinars, and industry events.
  • Partner with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices for onboarding new clients.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization’s growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare revenue cycle industry.
  • Established network among top health systems and healthcare senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and quotas.
  • Strong ability to generate activity through personal relationships and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
