• Develop and implement our social media strategy
• Establish a clear content logic (Education, Story, Conversion)
• Plan and manage editorial calendars
• Create LinkedIn posts, storylines and hooks
• Support the development of personal brands (founder & team)
• Develop formats (e.g., series, hooks, storytelling)
• Analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, leads) and test content formats and hooks
• Derive learnings and continuously optimize
• Work closely with Marketing, Performance and Product teams and act as a strategic sparring partner with the founder and CEO, Milena
