Social Media Manager, Content Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement our social media strategy
- Establish a clear content logic (Education, Story, Conversion)
- Plan and manage editorial calendars
- Create LinkedIn posts, storylines and hooks
- Support the development of personal brands (founder & team)
- Develop formats (e.g., series, hooks, storytelling)
- Analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, leads) and test content formats and hooks
- Derive learnings and continuously optimize
- Work closely with Marketing, Performance and Product teams and act as a strategic sparring partner with the founder and CEO, Milena
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in social media management (ideally LinkedIn)
- Strong sense for content, tone of voice, and storytelling
- Understanding of performance and growth
- Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for building things
- Experience with video and short-form content
- Experience in the education sector or with personal branding
