Scheduler

• Lead the development of integrated master schedules for large-scale, high-complexity projects or programs
• Perform advanced forensic delay analysis and provide recommendations for schedule recovery and acceleration
• Audit project schedules to ensure compliance with DCMA 14-point assessments or other industry best practices
• Manage resource-loading and leveling across portfolios to identify and resolve enterprise-level staffing conflicts
• Mentor and provide technical training to Associate and mid-level Schedulers on advanced P6 techniques and CPM methodology
• Serve as the subject matter expert during client meetings and executive-level project reviews
• Analyze complex change orders to determine their impact on the project completion date and overall program health
