About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of integrated master schedules for large-scale, high-complexity projects or programs
- Perform advanced forensic delay analysis and provide recommendations for schedule recovery and acceleration
- Audit project schedules to ensure compliance with DCMA 14-point assessments or other industry best practices
- Manage resource-loading and leveling across portfolios to identify and resolve enterprise-level staffing conflicts
- Mentor and provide technical training to Associate and mid-level Schedulers on advanced P6 techniques and CPM methodology
- Serve as the subject matter expert during client meetings and executive-level project reviews
- Analyze complex change orders to determine their impact on the project completion date and overall program health
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- Equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
- 10 Plus years experience
- PMP, PMI-SP, or similar is preferred
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Analysis
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (Advanced) and Microsoft Excel (Macro/VBA level preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost-loading and resource-loading techniques within scheduling software
- Ability to distill complex scheduling data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership
