About the role
- - Track and drive execution of all GTM initiatives: email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, partner outreach, and developer content
- - Own a single-source-of-truth GTM dashboard with weekly red/green/orange status updates tied to top-line revenue goals
- - Run weekly marketing and sales ops standups, surfacing gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers
- - Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs
- - Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics; escalate risks early to leadership
- - Manage the GTM project tracker (Salesforce, Monday.com or internal tooling) and keep it current no updates living in people's heads
- - Work alongside Callbox and PLG vendors to align on timelines and deliverables
- - Leverage AI tools (Claude, automation workflows) to scale outreach and reduce manual effort
Requirements
- - 3+ years in project, program, or operations management in a B2B SaaS environment
- - Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing ops tools
- - Strong command of AI productivity tools and genuine curiosity about automation
- - Comfortable in data — able to read pipeline reports and call out gaps clearly
- - Track record of holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority
- - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill status into crisp summaries for leadership.
