About the role
- Own revenue outcomes across new sales, payment attachment, and upsells.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and a Team Lead.
- Design and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, and training programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Experience managing and scaling high-velocity, high-volume inbound motions.
- Strong understanding of the beauty, wellness, or adjacent vertical SaaS space.
- Consultative selling expertise and a track record of coaching teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in managing revenue metrics.
- Technical fluency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and analytics platforms.
