About the role

  • Work alongside Product Data Analyst and Engineering to extend Dayshape analytics solution
  • Develop mechanisms to obtain customer analytics with Product and Engineering
  • Create, develop and maintain customer-facing reports, dashboards and insights identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Connect with stakeholders and customers and deliver presentations on the narrative of the data
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, streamline service delivery and optimise outcomes through data-led recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn data insights into product and business improvements
  • Support Marketing and Sales with relevant data for marketable messaging and value propositions
  • Assist in development of KPIs across breadth, depth, usability, frequency and sentiment measurements
  • Deep dive into customers use of Dayshape application and uncover insights regarding their business performance to drive customer success and growth strategies
  • Share insights via intuitive dashboards and reports
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Support

Requirements

  • Proven track record in data analytics, analysis and visualisation
  • Strong SQL and data visualisation skills
  • Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Power BI, MS Fabric, Tableau, SAP BI, Azure data explorer, and Azure Data Lake Store
  • Experience working in or with professional services firms
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and working in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex data clearly
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts and appreciation of engineering fundamentals
  • Ability to operate both independently and in collaborative teams
  • Natural curiosity and passion for learning new skills and technologies
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with data analysts, product managers, engineers, and customer success representatives
  • Keen attention to detail to spot patterns, trends, and anomalies
  • Proactive problem-solver who can improve data analysis processes and reporting methods
  • Passionate about delving into the detail
  • (Bonus) Experience working with complex enterprise software applications
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, Kusto, Python
