Conversion Rate Optimizer

• Manage emails and diaries for the CRO, with occasional support as needed to the VP Marketing, VP Sales, and VP Customer Success.
• Attend commercial meetings (weekly and monthly forecasts, team meetings, QBR’s) take minutes, and manage follow up actions.
• Support ad-hoc project work, for example sales and customer success enablement, monthly sales meetings, including preparation of briefing materials, slide decks, and reports for the CRO as required.
• Manage business travel arrangements for the CRO, and occasional support as needed to, VP Marketing, VP Customer Success, VP Sales, including flights, transportation, and accommodation.
• Partner with the People team on talent acquisition activities where the CRO is hiring manager, including scheduling interviews.
• Manage administrative duties for the CRO including assisting with the preparation of commercial documentation and contracts.
• Venue planning, booking and contracting for commercial events/off-sites
• Provide holiday cover to the EA to the CEO as needed.

EA to the CRO – Commercial Admin

Full-stack Engineer

• Provide technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team on product and integration strategy.
• Lead solution design for major US client projects, balancing customer needs with long-term product and delivery sustainability.
• Support client projects to successful outcomes by guiding stakeholders toward the best mutual solution, not simply the fastest requested option.
• Deliver high-quality integration builds for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain deep expertise across all integration methods supported by the Dayshape product.
• Identify integration capability gaps and provide clear, structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Mentor teammates and support their technical growth.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment.

Principal Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Manage and host regular customer meetings and calls, meet customers in-person at various points throughout the year, primarily in the UK and Europe.
• Build a detailed understanding of the customer’s organisation to develop and maintain strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for ARR growth, renewal or adoption risks, relationship expansion, executive engagement, and strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Own the commercial relationship with the customer including hosting QBRs and using these to discuss key opportunities relating to upcoming renewals, expansions or additional countries that may require Dayshape’s services.
• Create, maintain and distribute monthly status reports, health scores and other key metrics.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the customers organisation, ranging from super users, product owners, resource managers, and C-suite (including CIO).
• Monitor and encourage product usage, proactively identifying where to provide training or resources to increase adoption and help customer stakeholders to measure their ROI.
• Nurture customers into becoming advocates who can provide testimonials, case studies, or even referrals.
• Participate during Dayshape implementation, working closely with the Professional Services team.
• Provide regular training sessions, webinars, or workshops to customers to ensure they are maximizing their use of Dayshape and to showcase new features.
• Align internal resources to drive outcomes with your customers, including stakeholders in Product, support, and operations.
• Provide a feedback loop to our Product department to help them better understand customer needs and shape the roadmap accordingly, ensuring our enhancement backlog is appropriately prioritized and representative of the needs of all our customers.
• Proactively communicate any changes or product updates to the customer and collect and share feedback as the voice of the customer within Dayshape.

Solutions Engineer

• Work with deep focus on 1–2 enterprise customer accounts at a time, delivering real impact through the following:
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand the customer's current and future working processes and existing systems
• Identify technical gaps, document requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into configuration and data specifications
• Provide thorough assessments of current-state and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Deliver comprehensive demos of Dayshape to new and prospective customers, contextualizing how the product can be used to transform their business processes
• Design and configure complex workflows tailored to each customer's operational requirements
• Run large onsite UAT sessions, managing issue trackers and tickets to ensure timely resolution, working with product to translate enhancement requests
• Prepare and deliver customer 'train the trainer' training
• Work with large, complex data sets
• As a senior member of the team you will:
• Support the wider team with technical guidance
• Identify areas of improvement for customers and Dayshape's rollout methodology
• Mentor less experienced members of the team
• Support the production of Statements of Work by inputting into solutioning the implementation of Dayshape
