About the role
- Ensure daily human resources operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
- Develop and support an HR strategy in partnership with the Canadian leadership team and the Director of Human Resources
- Oversee the Employee Relations function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- More than 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role; at least 2 years conducting employee relations investigations
- Outstanding ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience of HR best practices and frameworks
- Knowledge of national labour and employment laws and regulations
- Strong employee relations skills and a deep understanding of Canada
- CRHA or CRIA considered an asset
