About the role
- Lead strategy creation and alignment of internal and external experts
- Hold primary accountability for the forward progress of Day One’s development programs
- Work closely with functional leaders and relevant sub-teams
- Communicate program strategy, progress, milestones, timelines
- Establish and maintain key external stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g. MS, MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA or equivalent) in life sciences or commensurate experience strongly preferred
- 15+ years of industry experience in drug development
- 5+ years of cross-functional project leadership in oncology drug development or rare disease
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and synthesize data
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment
