About the role
- Sell DaXtra’s AI-powered SaaS solutions to corporate HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- Position TalentFlow as an intelligence layer that enhances existing ATS platforms
- Run consultative discovery conversations around sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with real recruiting workflows
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through close
- Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling ATS, recruitment software, or HR technology
- Strong understanding of corporate Talent Acquisition and recruiting processes
- Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder HR buying groups
- Passion for AI, recruitment technology, and the future of hiring
