About the role
- Conduct and support CBRN detection operations in conjunction with program stakeholders
- Conduct CBRN detection operations
- Manage and maintain file system for regional documentation
- Responsible for maintaining equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedure standards
- Supports fleet management by documenting, tracking, submitting, and filing all necessary fleet vehicle information
- Adheres to professional standards and codes of conduct
- Presents clear, concise, and accurate information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program
- Supports training on and answers questions on policies, procedures, protocols, and equipment of the program
- Submit Travel Approvals within 48hrs after members receive an Operations Order (OPORD)
- Provides support for Situation Reports (SITREPs)
- Provides input for After Action Reports (AARs)
- Supports operational duties and activities based on request from FPM, and COR
- Responsible for maintaining equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedure standards
- Conduct technical chemical, radiological and nuclear reach back
Requirements
- Secret Security Clearance
- CBRN subject matter expert
- Have a Commercial Drivers License Class B (CDL B) or ability to obtain within 3 months following contract award
- 5+ years CBRN experience in participating and assisting with operational planning and supporting the coordination of detection and preventative activities with a minimum 5 years of hands-on equipment experience
- Equipment experience in primary and secondary screening devices and spectroscopic devices
- Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, public speaking and presentation skills
- Basic NIMS and ICS certifications (i.e., ICS 100 and ICS 200)
- At least one basic radiation fundamental training program certification
- Demonstrate excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Able to operate in a high-paced environment with deadlines
- 5 years of relevant experience in R/N detection training
