About the role

  • As a Project Manager on the Talent Acquisition (TA) Projects Team, you will manage and drive initiatives that enhance TA processes, tools, and performance.
  • You will independently coordinate project tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results aligned with business goals.
  • This role requires strong project management skills, clear communication with stakeholders, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are key to success in this role, as you will evaluate project performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend improvements to drive operational excellence within Talent Acquisition.
  • Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage project deliverables by creating and maintaining work plans, monitoring timelines, and communicating project updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Recommend solutions to conflicts or roadblocks within your project area with support from leadership when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across peer groups and collaborate with leaders to drive project outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective discussions to keep work moving forward.
  • Analytical Thinking: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, provide insights, and develop action plans to improve project outcomes.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Deliver against project goals with a focus on timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Independently drive tasks to completion and escalate as appropriate.
  • Continuous Learning: T ake ownership of your development and actively seek opportunities to build skills and project management expertise.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience managing projects from conception to execution at a large scale
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred
  • Experience managing technology driven projects a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Microsoft applications
  • Experience conducting business analysis, including identifying trends, developing insights, and creating data-driven recommendations
  • Experience preparing executive-ready summaries, reports, or presentations based on analysis
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for overnight travel
