Responsible for building, automating and distributing new reports or making updates to existing reports to drive improvements and identify opportunities across business teams within Revenue Operations
Develop report requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identifying/aggregating necessary data
Understand where to get data, how to pull it & how to use it across multiple databases (ex. EDW, SQL) to integrate into another database or report
Write requirements, design, build and automate complex reports utilizing advanced skills in Excel, SQL and Tableau
Produce reports & ad hoc requests timely and error free; troubleshoot front-end and back-end report issues
Analyze how metrics within a report are interrelated and impact business outcomes; translate data into actionable knowledge
Proactively raise awareness for how proposed changes may impact report accuracy & functionality; identify root cause & propose solutions
Lead working sessions, develop project plans, direct & execute next steps within workstreams and proactively communicate roadblocks
Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and articulate technical issues to diverse audiences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in computer information sciences, analytics, statistics, data analytics or sciences preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and OneNote
Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Computer competency; typing, basic computer troubleshooting, and navigation
Ability to solve problems and critically think root cause analysis
Knowledge and experience with: Excel, Pivot tables, SQL, Tableau, queries, extracting from databases and data warehouses, Python, Power BI, automation, Oracle
Experience with EDW and SQL and pulling data across multiple databases
Preferred: Healthcare analytics experience
Preferred: Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
Preferred: Accounting or finance background
Preferred: Insurance claim collections experience
