Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the HRSD and ITSM modules.
Implement and support AI capabilities using NowAssist to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
Handle operational catalog item changes, manage update sets, and perform routine platform maintenance.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving defects and incidents.
Ensure the stability and performance of critical business processes on the platform.
Collaborate with Senior Developers and Engineers to execute on the platform roadmap.
Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.

Requirements

Experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator (e.g., 2-4+ years)
Solid technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Experience with or strong interest in HRSD and NowAssist; experience with Field Service Management and Business Continuity Management a plus.
Proven ability to offer solutions and support troubleshooting for complex issues.
Eagerness to learn, take on new projects, and contribute innovative solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
