About the role
- Develop, implement, and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of teammates across DaVita.
- Work collaboratively with executive faculty, coaches, external vendors, business leaders, and learning professionals to build high-impact learning and development initiatives.
- Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evaluating effectiveness.
- Support integration of AI into offerings to automate processes and systemize programs for scale.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning principles and design high-impact coaching, mentoring, and team development programs.
- Communicate program strategy, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and collaborate with various leaders across DaVita.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in complex program/project management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated experience managing leadership development functions, specifically coaching, mentoring, or internal consulting ecosystems.
- Strong ability to cut through ambiguity, balance broad strategic perspectives with crucial execution details, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proven expertise or strong willingness to experiment with AI integration, prompt engineering, and agent building.
- High comfort level with tools like ClickUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and the resilience to pursue long-term goals despite changing priorities.
